PSD Viewer is a free online tool that opens Adobe Photoshop PSD and PSB files directly in your browser. View the full composite image, browse the layer structure, and inspect document details like dimensions, color mode, bit depth, and resolution without installing Photoshop or any other software. Everything runs locally on your device, so your design files are never uploaded to a server.
Select or drop a PSD file to see it instantly. The viewer decodes the file in your browser and renders the flattened preview on a zoomable canvas. This is the fastest way to check a PSD you received by email, preview old design archives, or open Photoshop files on a computer, tablet, or Chromebook that does not have Adobe software installed. PSB large document files are supported too.
The layers panel lists every layer and group in the document, including layer names, visibility, opacity, and blend modes, with a small thumbnail for each. You can also export any individual layer as a transparent PNG, which is handy for pulling a logo, product shot, or text element out of a layered design without opening an editor.
Download the full resolution composite as a PNG to keep transparency, or as a JPG for a smaller file that is easy to share. The export uses the same pixel dimensions as the original document, so a 3000 x 2000 PSD produces a 3000 x 2000 image. No watermarks, no signup, and no file size tricks.
The viewer reads RGB, CMYK, Grayscale, Indexed, Bitmap, Duotone, Lab, and Multichannel color modes at 8, 16, and 32 bits per channel, with RAW, RLE, and ZIP compressed image data. CMYK and Lab documents are converted to RGB for display. Embedded ICC profiles are detected and shown in the info panel, along with the document DPI from the resolution data. Both classic PSD and large format PSB files work.
